The cleaning facility is set up as a mobile system
and has a main washing and drying zone. The transport
system is designed as a cycle wash facility, enabling
process safety at a high level of capacity. The adjustable
parameters of the system are the temperature of the
cleaning liquid, the speed of the conveyor system and
the cleaning agent concentrate. The whole system is
set up on a special semi-trailer vehicle. In the washing
zone, up to 80° C hot water is sprayed

to be cleaned together with a specially developed
cleaning agent. The pres-sure here amounts to
approx. 5 bars.
The containers then go through a drying

process in the drying tunnel. The items to be
cleaned are transported through a surrounding
air jet frame, which is fed with warm air from
two high performance compression fans.
